With its bright yellow colour and heady fragrance, the Rocca Imperiale PGI Lemon has a juice yield exceeding 30% compared to other lemons and a limonene content \u2013 an essential oil that gives the fruit an intense, strong and persistent aroma \u2013 of over 70%. These exclusive qualities are linked to the production area, the Calabrian municipality of Rocca Imperiale, whose districts, known as the \u201cLemon Gardens of Rocca Imperiale\u201d, are characterised by specific soil and climate conditions that allow the lemons to be preserved without the addition of chemical additives, with a harvesting period that lasts all year round.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The points of sale selected for the promotion are mainly located in Piedmont, the territory of the OP JOINFRUIT, but some stores have also been chosen in Lombardy, Liguria and Emilia-Romagna, and two even beyond national borders, in the cities of Paris and Munich. Among the fruit and vegetable counters in the stores participating in the initiative, customers will find colourful stands marked with the slogan \u201cImperial Goodness\u201d, where, thanks to the information material available, they can learn about the specificities of the Rocca Imperiale PGI Lemon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>\u201cThis promotional activity<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 commented Bruno Sacchi, Director of OP JOINFRUIT \u2013&nbsp;<em>This is just one of many achievements resulting from the productive teamwork between the Associated Lemon Producers of Rocca Imperiale and our OP, which handles the marketing of the cooperative's lemon offerings.
