From 7 to 10 August, fruit takes on new colours and flavours with <\/em>Fresh Fruit Fusion<\/em><\/strong>, a journey to discover art, wellness and new ways to enjoy summer fruit, promoted<\/em> From the OP Joinfruit of Verzuolo to the Castle of Manta<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the initiative \u201c<\/em>A break with fruit: what good it does you!<\/em><\/strong>\u201d <\/em> of the\u2019OP Joinfruit <\/strong>of Verzuolo <\/strong>with the FAI-Castle of Manta<\/strong>, arrives Fresh Fruit Fusion<\/strong>: <\/em><\/strong>7 to 10 August, 5.30 p.m. to 8 p.m., <\/em><\/strong>four event afternoons to experience a tasty mix of art, nutrition education, wellness culture and fruit-based mixology. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The palm garden<\/strong>, the old green space of the Manta Castle, will host Joinfruit's summer offering: a fresh non-alcoholic fruit aperitif<\/strong> to be enjoyed while sitting comfortably in the shade of umbrellas or palm trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To accompany the participants in this experience, A team of local nutritionists will be present <\/strong>which will explain all the benefits and the properties of summer fruit, <\/strong>as well as our peculiarities freshly squeezed fruit juices <\/strong>\u201cJoinfruit Fresh\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, <\/em>made exclusively from cold-pressed fresh fruit at 100%, a processing method (HPP- High Pressure Processing) that preserves the natural taste of the fruit as well as its valuable nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants<\/strong>. In addition, <\/strong>A skilled bartender will entertain the participants with a show-drinking<\/strong>, preparing non-alcoholic cocktails based on fresh fruit, and offering tasty ideas for enjoying fruit<\/strong> in a different way than usual: the experience will conclude with the visit to the Castle<\/strong>, which will have a particular focus on the fruit plants and trees in the baronial hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the initiative, made possible thanks to the contribution of the European Union<\/strong>, is to promote conscious consumption of seasonal fresh fruit and, at the same time, to celebrate the fruits of Piedmontese art and territory, bringing people closer to the artistic and productive heritage that characterises this area of Piedmont, a richness that deserves to be tasted and appreciated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make the aperitif even more pleasant, and to give participants a true \u201cfusion\u201d experience combining art, history and culinary delights<\/strong> of the territory, the San Giorgio Salumi<\/strong> will take part in the initiative, offering some tasters of its products, prepared in full respect of Piedmontese tradition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
