From 7 to 9 August, fruit is reinvented with Fresh Fruit Fusion, three afternoon events at Castello della Manta (Cuneo), dedicated to art, wellness and fruit-based mixology
The initiative “A break with fruit: what good it does you!” of the’OP Joinfruit of Verzuolocon the FAI-Castle of Manta celebrates its sixth anniversary: 7 to 9 August, from 18:00 to 20:30, three event afternoons to discover a new way of enjoying summer fruit with Fresh Fruit Fusion, the mixology workshop creative with seasonal fruit and fruit juices “Joinfruit Fresh”.
The ancient Cascina del Castello will host Joinfruit's proposal, realised thanks to the contribution of the European Union with the aim of promoting conscious consumption of fruit, especially among the younger age groups of consumers, while at the same time enhancing the artistic and productive heritage that characterises this area of Piedmont, which is extraordinarily suited to fruit growing.
Participants will begin the experience with the visiting the Castle, which will have a special focus on the plants and fruit trees of the Baronial Hall. Route the Palm Garden, ancient space of the Castle confidential and exclusive, participants will reach the Cascina, where a experienced barman will conduct a creative mixology workshop, offering tasty ideas for enjoying fruit in a different way than usual. For the preparation of cocktails, fresh fruit and juices will be used “Joinfruit Fresh, made exclusively from cold-pressed fresh fruit at 100%, a processing method (HPP- High Pressure Processing) that preserves the natural taste of the fruit as well as its valuable nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. At the end of the workshop, those who wish can experimenting with creating your favourite fruit drink, with the assistance of the bartender who will guide participants in the preparation of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, based on products from the cellar Sansilvestro of Novello (CN). The experience ends on the Pomegranate Terrace, a magical place where you can enjoy your cocktail comfortably seated in the coolness and tranquillity that the Castle provides.

- 6 p.m.: arrival in the castle garden and start of the tour
- 18:45: Mixology workshop and preparation of fruit cocktails
- 7:45 p.m.: aperitif on the Terrazza dei Melograni
- 20:30: Closing event
