Despite the cultivation of apricots in the Alpine area is not so widespread due to late frosts that cause suffering to plants, on the hills of Saluzzo these fruits have adapted perfectly, in a harmonious variety-environment relationship. Our apricots have a soft pulp, tasty and balanced in taste, sweet but characterized by sour notes, fresh and refreshing.
