Our Abate pears, recognizable by the unmistakable bell shape and the rough and thin peel, are grown by our farmers with care and dedication at the foot of the Monviso. Their white, juicy, aromatic and slightly acidic flesh becomes increasingly soft and tender as the fruits reach full ripeness. The peel has a colour ranging from yellow to green, with red-pink hues in the points directly exposed to the sun.
