The main variety of our plums is the Angeleno, a plum with a blue-purple peel, very full and rich in yellow flesh. It is solid, crisp and slightly acidic in taste, well balanced with the sugar component creating a harmonious taste. It has a late maturation, which allows us to offer it until December and enjoys an excellent shelf life.
