We cultivate with care and passion our Nectarines in the plain of Saluzzo in two varieties: the yellow nectarines, more known as "peschenoci", juicy, sweet, aromatic, with a dark, slowly maturing flesh of bright yellow colour and smooth, thin skin, and white nectarines, with characteristic hard, firm, crunchy, aromatic pulp, well-fitting hazel and thin, smooth skin.
