Crispy, juicy and sweetly aromatic, our Royal Gala apples grow at the foot of the Monviso in the valleys of Cuneo, a territory dedicated to the production of these excellent fruits. The microclimate of the Cuneo plateau gives the apples a particular crispness and an extraordinary brilliance of colour. Their skin is smooth, with a bright red colour, while the flesh is firm with cream white colour.
