Our Carmen pears are grown at the foot of the Monviso, a variety that ripens in summer and is among the most popular in our country, appreciated for its fine pulp, juicy, aromatic, with a very balanced acidity note and particularly pleasant to the palate. They are pears of elongated shape, of large size, with a peel that tends to yellow-green but is suffused by a beautiful red-pink over-colouration.
