Apples of Australian origin, the Crimson Snow® have found in the plateau of Cuneo the ideal habitat for cultivation: the particular altitude and exposure of the valleys at the foot of the Monviso enhances the organoleptic and aesthetic characteristics of these fruits, which in this territory reach a high-quality standard, with excellent freshness, crispness, sugar concentration and juiciness. Their skin is crimson red, the flesh is white with slow oxidation and the taste unique and balanced.
We collect them from early November and market them all year round.
