Juicy and very sweet, our William pears are a variety with a characteristic intense aroma, with a soft, white, sugary and dark flesh and the classic flask shape. The colour of the peel varies according to the degree of ripening, going from light green to yellow and occasionally to shades of red-pink in the parts more directly exposed to the sun.
